Over worked, underpaid, high pressure role. You have to investigate up to 10 potential fraudulent companies per day while alos taking calls from those same people you're investigating, adding more pressure to yourself. multiple people have left due to fatigue and cannot cope with the scope of the role. it becomes repetitive after a few weeks.pressure to complete cases and not cause a loss to the department can lead to you working during times off. resulted in drinking every night just to deal with the stress of the job.
