Consistent hours/days/shifts, good team and supervisor/manager, gives employees decent equipment to be able to do our jobs, good benefits like PTO and paid holidays!

Cons

Non-consistent raises, low pay raise percentages, frequent merging and buyout for company in short time frame, training lacks considerably
