- Manager sitting in US will throw you in ocean of confusing pile of work and ask you figure out the requirements in detail, without even letting to speak to the clients - there is only weekly call with manager to understand some work which is also not so detailed discussion as they have mutiple people to talk in same call, Very less support by product managers here. - Very less support for career growth
