      The management and team leads of this department are really accessible and understanding towards their employees. And they do well with moving people around to other departments that fit their growth desires.

      Cons

      It may take some time to get use to the technicality of the job and the volume of calls/tickets.

      -2 months notice period (if you are foreign talent, it will be hard to look for a job with that lengthy notice period. -company politics -overworked with no extra pay on OT
