Pros

No major perks except if you don't want to do anything then they won't push to do anything. Could be a long term job if you are not that ambitious

Cons

- No perks or benefits. - Management and sales pretend that they are only ones working. The rest don't get any raise. - M&A strategy. No investment in innovation.
