Pros

Nothing till now, toxic mindset people.

Cons

The Indian project managers and Scrum Masters appear disconnected from the actual progress of the project. There is a noticeable hesitation in engaging directly with their counterparts, which impacts communication and decision-making. The counterpart team, despite being with the company for a long time, has fostered a toxic work culture. Their approach is often authoritarian, focused more on escalations than collaboration. They typically work without clear timelines and frequently ignore communication from the Indian team. Feedback within the organization is inconsistent—positive one day and negative the next—leading to confusion and uncertainty for employees. There is a lack of defined timelines and clear expectations. This seems to stem from insecurity on the part of the counterpart team and a lack of assertiveness from the Indian management. If you value agility, transparency, and a structured working environment, I would strongly advise against joining this company. It may not align with your professional principles or working style.
