      Socially great, but unstable and not financially interesting.

      Pros

      Socially great and diverse company. Technically challenging, possibility to make a real impact on the business.

      Cons

      I've had six managers over the past three years, which leaves little to no opportunity to grow in a stable position. Was hired for a function 1000 EUR net under my current function without possibility to discuss pay raise. Don't expect any raise if you are hired in Belgium.
