      Pros

      You have the option of hybrid work and teams are generally flexible. Company culture is also relaxed and welcoming. Internal mobility was also decent.

      Cons

      There is no structured approach to career progression and there were no market adjustment rate for salaries. There was no promotion from the lowest level to the next even after 4 years. Moreover, there was no transparency on how annual salary increase percentage were calculated based on performance reviews.
