      Pros

      I find good working culture, awesome peers, flexibilities for open discussions, opportunities to share and enhance our knowledge/skills, clear path to grow. Very much supportive management, flexible working hours etc. Overall its a great place to work.

      Cons

      every organization has something to improve, but as of now I don't see anything burning needs urgent attention
