- The receipt of the problem reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems, and the coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling request for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress, and keeping users appraised of progress. - Generate Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly Performance Report for Client. - Monitor Network Usage based on data reported in Network Monitoring Tool - Manage all Service Desk tickets on timely manner - within 24 hours from receipt of ticket - Closely monitor all open ticket and follow up till closure

Undue business pressure. Technically behind. No one really cares about the employee as long as the work is done
