      Pros

      Working hours are quite flexible. Remote work is encouraged

      Cons

      The purse strings are pulled VERY tight. Always restrictions on travel, the promotion process is like the X Factor, dont expect more than 1% annual pay rise. Everything will be done to save money. This will reflect in your bonus. Its harder to get now they changed the appraisal structure. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Unfulfilled promises. process driven over customer satisfaction even though "client at the heart" and "right first time every time" is the company mantra. I wouldnt advise working here unless its last resort

      if you are old management then this is good.

      Cons

      you never get an appreciation of your work. you need to work late night, Saturday and Sunday also management treat you just like you slave you will get abuse definitely by management in every meeting
