Good for job stability here

Cons

Too much politics. Existing seniors don't give chance to juniors to rise up. Also don't share full functionality to keep their position safe.

Pros

Flexible working hours and ability to remote work or work from home. Good teamwork and good work atmosphere. Exposure to a lot of big clients.

Cons

Lack of management strategy. Difficult promotions process. Expects you to go beyond your job role all the time without additional benefits.
