      Salary happens on time, have written this because glassdoor does not allow a feedback below 5 words

      Cons

      Expense claims not on time, redressal management is pathetic on all terms including payrolls, leave management, insurance. Top management does not know what they are doing, HR is clueless and sometimes it seems HR does not have any power in the company. They arr just the punching bags for employees to throw greviances as they cannot talk directly to top management

      Opportunity to learn and wear many hats. Dynamic industry and services make the work fun, management mostly reasonable and supportive.

      Cons

      Can be slow moving as they balance all the business units, a lot of legacy processes and structures.
