-Notice period is of 90 days (3months) even for probation period. - no proper training, no documents. - they will not provide company clause and policies with offer letter. - if you join,and if you ask for policy document they will not share. -unproffessional HR, even if they are not in meeting will not respond to your message for 3-4 hours. - once you enter,and if you want to exit then no one will help you to do so. Everyone is playing with you. -if you are facing severe medical issues , even company is not supporting. Canteen facility is there but not sufficient seating arrangement. Rather I would suggest you to think for other company.
