      Pros

      A company that leads by example and focused on becoming the best for its employees, clients, partners and stakeholders.

      Cons

      Global company so be prepared to work outside of 9-5pm local time. On a good note there is no policing of what time you start or stop work. Focus is on output value. So no complaints.

      smart people, good and frequent communication from leadership

      big company + highly regulated payments industry= things take longer to get done if you arent in HQ, you have limited growth opportunities
