Pros

The people are amazing. There are so many people that make this company worth being at. There is a Pick N Mix scheme where you get money to spend on your “well-being” which is unique Hybrid working

Cons

The company doesn’t care about growth or progression for staff, ESPECIALLY those at the bottom. They will continue to lose good staff because they don’t want to help them upskill or move to new roles. The work of those at the bottom is drastically undervalued and choices are made that drastically impact those workers but they are expected to maintain the same level of productivity. There is a lot of talk about work culture and that is true BUT the customer service reps miss out on that because the company is unwilling to help find a way for them to be off the phones. There always has to be at least one person taking calls, other teams are unwilling to do that for a couple hours to give them a break and they all just accept that because they don’t care about them. Upper management constantly put hiring freezes or are hesitant to fill roles even when it is obvious the team is struggling to keep up with positions not filled. Management positions are filled straight away though.

Pros

Currently 10 days mandatory office out of 20 working days.

Cons

Company management not good. Managers behaviour very bad. There is no proper process in work assignment, project execution, performance evolution, rating and hike decisions. There is no good sync between different countries teams, too much politics involved in that and because of that company's below level people suffers. One manager handle 50+ employee and not much aware of what each employee work or how he/she performing. Just based on one escalation mail they put employees on PIP and force them to put down paper.
