- Warsaw office (10th Floor) in Poland is very well maintained with nice benefits and company events - Opportunity to learn languages and gain experience in tech-related environment (PayTech) - Access to multiple training platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy etc.) - Three catering providers

- Salary below average for Customer Support with French and English - Disorganized higher level management - High employee quit rates due to low salaries and little options for pay raises / promotions - Nearshoring / outsourcing structure for Warsaw-based teams - Slow adoption of meaningful automation
