Pros

At this point, I don’t see any meaningful strengths in the Worldline.

Cons

As a Senior Software Developer, I found the environment challenging for the wrong reasons. Leadership was often unresponsive, and there was a noticeable lack of planning and accountability. Processes were unclear, deadlines unrealistic, and the workload often mismanaged. There was little appreciation for expertise or constructive feedback. I would not recommend this company to experienced professionals seeking stability, growth, or a respectful culture.

Pros

I have never seen so many learning opportunities. So many learning platforms of different kind. Languages, Certificates, AI. I like also the approach of training and enabling employees to use AI.

Cons

Something is off with the vibe in Latvian office. I have the feeling there is some disonance between the employees and the local management.
