      Pros

      The job offered a great introduction into the Pay-tech industries, and the training was thorough from the get go. Very comfortable work environment with a nice office venue as well as possibility to work 80% remote.

      Cons

      Despite having the opportunities to learn a lot of useful skills around finance and pay-tech: the workplace does not offer enough career advancement opportunities. Therefore the team has a large turnover.
