      Pros

      Good collaboration between different regions in the world. Great products

      Cons

      Many reorganizations over past 5 years, changes almost every 6 months. Purchasing 10 platforms and expecting it to be easy to merge to 1 is a testiment to previous management they did not know what they're talking about. Internal mobility as manager is impossible, you need to be 50+ years and preferably white hair with a HM suit
