Pros

Decent benefits; competitive pension, buy/sell holidays, private healthcare etc. Technology stack is headed in a more modern direction. Some flexible working/WFH (pre covid). From personal experience, management is lenient and trust you to work your hours. UK CEO seems to have a good vision to save an aging business and is trying to make positive change.

Cons

General cost-cutting and lack of investment. Most development is work outsourced and offshored to inexperienced resources because it's the cheapest option. Underwhelming salary, no bonuses, no pay reviews. Still quite a bit of legacy tech.

Pros

Salary happens on time, have written this because glassdoor does not allow a feedback below 5 words

Cons

Expense claims not on time, redressal management is pathetic on all terms including payrolls, leave management, insurance. Top management does not know what they are doing, HR is clueless and sometimes it seems HR does not have any power in the company. They arr just the punching bags for employees to throw greviances as they cannot talk directly to top management
