Low pay. Dangerous. Out of touch upper management.

Most of the coworkers (excluding upper management) are really great people.

Cons

Dangerous working conditions, Below industry-average pay. District manager doesn't seem to listen to or care about employees. Hardware and technology are SERIOUSLY outdated (registers crash constantly, causing frustrated customers). Unfair expectations. Customer coupons (which employees cannot use) are more lucrative than employee discount. Very high employee turnover (due to low pay and poor working conditions).
