Managers are organized and kind Coworkers are hardworking, fun to be with Flexible schedule Employee discount Enjoyable customers Attractive environment, not a cookie-cutter type store You can be yourself here. Chico is a great store to work at!

Cons

The California forced recycling program is a dismal situation that constantly interrupts the managers, takes away money from the store and lowers the classy environment for shoppers. The signage for certain sale items is confusing for customers.
