I think it depends on how the management is at stores because the managers truly make or break your time working there. Overall average job most of the employees where I worked were college students or around that age so it's not the hardest job in the world.

Cons

I think they could've trained the staff more properly especially hiring so many seasonal workers but were not trained properly at all.
