Flexible schedules, thorough training, comfortable atmosphere, politically correct & safe environment, store clientele/hours, consistently productive routines, etc. Biggest Pro: employees are (pretty much) paid to pleasantly interact with the public & have an overall good time.

Cons

The newly established "points" system for disciplinary action & the lack of communication from management when an employee receives a point. Employees are only notified & presented with paperwork when they have acquired multiple points, i.e. 3 or 4.

Friendly enough people Fairly good at giving your requested time off but management makes you feel guilty for it though

Cons

Bad methods of letting people go after temporary holiday season (a note next to the new schedule without their names saying 'sorry but...') Not good in giving employees who need time to get things done enough hours
