Store management is generally good. They try their best to take care of the employees.

Cons

The pay is awful and most workers feel constantly exploited. Any position aside from manager and associate has been removed although the tasks once performed by fairly-compensated departments heads and team leads have been delegated to the minimum wage workers. Skeleton crews are now the norm and workers are spread far too thin.
