I love the day to day changes that Cost Plus offers. The company is on the verge of a very exciting future. Great time to join and be a part of a growing company!!

Cons

As the company grows, so should the amount of employees on the sales floor.

Interesting products, doesn't get boring.

Cons

Physically difficult. Concrete floors are brutal on your joints, then add dragging heavy furniture around to that.

Cons

There aren't many downsides working at Cost Plus. I've heard other employees mention they wish Cost Plus had formal training programs and at times more resources.
