I worked here for over a year, the pay was right at minimum wage. Store manager would play favorites and talk about store associates. Teenagers right out of high school were getting paid more than those who had more experience. Position was called stock associate but since WM won’t raise the hourly wage and no one wants to apply for any other position, everyone had to do every position in the store and by everyone I mean the female employees. All the males were never trained or acted incompetent and were never put on the register. In my experience my coworkers were all pretty cold towards each other, with the exceptions of a few. The technology is outdated and except the card readers which were brand new. WM neglects the needs of their associates and that causes a lot of issues when trying to check people out or place orders and also look things up.. The work is easy but beyond boring. I would avoid this company if I were you.
