I can only speak to the Lincoln Park location: - A good group of co-workers who are always willing to help you, and very welcoming to new people. - A good group of managers who are respectful, accommodating to needs, and helpful. You don't feel like a number or another "cog in the wheel." -For the most part, it's a friendly clientele that shops here and is open to small talk. -I had a temporary accommodation need and I was pleased with how the company handled it. It was an easy and smooth process.

Cons

-The pay could be better -Corporate-sponsored perks, commission, and incentive programs to increase profits are missing -Disconnect with corporate and store level

Fun products, great discounts. My location was very flexible with scheduling and had a wonderful general manager - I suppose it can vary. I made great friends with coworkers and really enjoyed the customer interactions as well.

Cons

I was a "badge", essentially a sales associate with a bit more power, and only made $.50 more than the regular employees for a large increase in responsibility. Corporate has expectations that are so far removed from the reality of store operations.
