Pros
The job is fun. It gets one star because of management and corporate. But the job itself is great.
Cons
Management is horrible. No raise’s. You can work and be good at it but your hours are based on signups. Retaliation. Racist people will get away with their stuff. If you get hurt you will not get help or takes forever or they act like they don’t know the procedure. Everyone quits because of management. They all need to leave for the job to become non toxic. Walk in and already feel anxious and burnout.
