Pros

- Good compensation package - Nice staff - Good job experience - Good UN Agency with own health insurance (not cigna)

Cons

- Non career organization - No expectation of promoting - Supervisors are not interested in staff development and learning. - it's almost impossible for GS staff (locally recruited) to be promoted as International Professional. - decided to leave for starting IP career in other UN Agency and easier get job.
