very commendable job helping others in the world.

Cons

immediate supervisors/managers are mostly hiding under their coconut shells.your concerns for the company does not go Noticed.No appreciation.Back-stabbing and very little teamwork.everyone does their own work and even if you need to say something important you need to send email to the whole department and vice-versa.
