Pros

Yearly salary increases and good medical insurance are appealing, but there is significant discrimination between contract types. Some staff members receive amazing benefits, while others receive very little. International contracts are the most advantageous. It operates just like any other company, with numerous policies, rules, and regulations that seem to apply only to those who are disliked by those at the top of the hierarchy. It feels like working for any government, where everything revolves around politics. Overall, it’s a good experience and interesting to discover how the humanitarian world functions, but it’s not different from any other place.

Cons

Lack of adherence to and compliance with rules and regulations. Poor resource management. Discrimination in contracts and benefits

Cons

Disparity across contract types on benefits, etc. Be sure to ask about yours before joining so it's clear what you're signing up for.
