Pros

Good work environment and camaraderie among peers (usually consultants) Relevant presence of the organization in many geographies Country offices (staff and consultants) very committed

Cons

Deep differences between staff and consultants and lack of promotions. There are so many types of consultants contracts, most of them with little benefits Senior staff not supportive and many not fit for the job. Vertical decision making
