Pros

Working at one of the most active UN organs, you are constantly exposed to different world crises, there is an excellent team at the Tokyo office that guides you through your work, and gives you feedback when necessary

Cons

A bit slow when there is no crisis, or when there is a crisis, things get very busy and you are not fully sure of what exactly you should be doing
