Pros

great mission, ability to move and grow internationally, many inspiring colleagues, sense of achievement as part of the organization

Cons

often bureaucratic for no reason, despite claims by the organization, it is extremely difficult to reconcile work and family issues to the extent that it is better for people with a family to leave the organization, unless ready to be away from family for long periods of time sooner or later in career. prioritization of 'getting job done' over deeper thinking to support countries with zero hunger goals
