We work in almost 90 countries serving the most vulnerable population groups. WFP values the human resources and provides a family culture where each member of the team is valued and engaged. We create a culture of respect, inclusion, diversity, integrity and growth. Staff are engaged and development and growth is encouraged. We believe in team work and value staff members.
