Pros

At WFP the staff are engaged in a noble mission of contributing to the sustainable development goals and in particular we contribute to eradicating hunger from World. We work in almost 90 countries serving the most vulnerable population groups. WFP values the human resources and provides a family culture where each member of the team is valued and engaged. We create a culture of respect, inclusion, diversity, integrity and growth. Staff are engaged and development and growth is encouraged. We believe in team work and value staff members.

Cons

It's not a place for people whose only objective is earning money and not being committed to the mission of contributing to sustainable development goals.
