Pros

Interesting mission high mobility, easy to transition to a different position/ location with enough networking skills overall positive attitude to teleworking Flexible: only 2 weeks notice

Cons

work/life balance inexistant in the field toxic work environment celebrating martyrdom and sacrificial attitudes, little respect for employee boundaries. literally no benefits beyond minimum health coverage. no pension, no vacation days. You have to ask permission to take any amount of unpaid leave!! Very big discrepancy between national and international staff.
