1. The salary is competitive, and allowances are also paid. 2. Providing RnR in non-family duty stations. 3. Provides a good healthcare plan.

Cons

1. Living and working in non-family duty stations with lots of hardships. 2. There are no annual leave days for consultants. 3. There are no promotions, but for the fixe-term staff. 4. Doesn't give you a career if you are a technical person.
