Pros

Excellent mandate. Good work culture and environment. Some units are great, others are terrible. Benefits are good.

Cons

Double and triple standards. Politically sponsored staff get all the merit and high positions. Very difficult to progress in career without a sponsor. Pervasive problems with harassment, lack of respect of others. Senior staff rotate continuously. No accountability.
