Pros

Work with a very diverse group of people. If you are in the right group, you can be exposed to many interesting and innovative development projects.

Cons

They have essentially cut the entry/lower-mid level positions and it is run by all managers who have 10-12 years of experience. The managers then farm work out to consultants in the field. They are losing fresh ideas and dedicated young workers because of this.

Pros

The coworkers are for the most part highly educated, highly motivated professionals. The projects are Interesting and involve a lot of field travel

Cons

The main downside is the bureaucratic hassle and the not so meritocratic promotion system at times. Politics also plays too much of a role.
