Pros

Working with people from all over the world who share a passion for development is highly inspiring. Being able to learn from experts in many sectors and apply knowledge to create social impact is challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Red tape and lack of entrepreneurial spirit prevent new ways to look at things. Also, the type of contracts for consultants allowing only 180 working days a year is a no-go.
