Pros

Interesting work content; pleasant and congenial work environment for the most part; the breadth and geographic scope of the projects going on under one roof is unique

Cons

Time horizon of contracts tends to be just 1-3 months; supervisors in charge of contracts are sometimes slow to provide feedback or interact, which can prevent you from working continuously -- so sometimes you can only file 3 or 4 days of work per week.
