Lots of expertises across fields; Very good reputation The Bank know is focusing on introducing more benefit to STC

Cons

STCs can be very extreme; either too young or too old. The bank should have better strategy to retain young talents

International opportunities, multi-cultural environment, great PTO and other benefits. Mission driven, and passionate people.

Cons

Inefficient systems, bureaucratic culture, extremely hierarchical structure with a "in due time get promoted" mentality as opposed to a meritocracy. Mission sometimes gets lost in the bureaucracy and egos. Risk adverse.
