Pros

- Great brand to work with - Smart people, everyone has absolutely enviable educational and professional background - Good work-life balance, specially for women - Pay package is ok, salary is tax-free - Great place to retire from

Cons

- While there are great people in the organization, it's difficult to find people at senior levels who can inspire you - High bureaucracy at every level; decision making takes months and can be frustrating - Lack of cross-functional engagement, teams work in isolation - HR does very basic operational functions and has no strategic role to play, managers make most of the decisions for their team members - No bonuses, very little salary increment if one doesn't get promoted to the next band - Work can become monotonous after a while
