Pros

Large developmental impact, very interesting projects, some world class technical specialist, political convening power, willingness to take risk.

Cons

Immensely bureaucratic and inward looking. Often confused between its multiple political agenda. In the end it is an political institution more than a bank. Very little opportunity for career development. Definite premium given to outside knowledge/hiring experts versus growing the in-house.
