Business Outlook
Pros
Good working environment, lots of great mentors, networking opportunities and events, good/cheap cafeteria food (because it's subsidized), great working/learning experience in diverse workplace
Cons
Terrible about paying short-term contractors on time (went 3-4 weeks without getting paid, too frequently), taxes not automatically deducted from each pay check and you have to pay taxes out of your own pocket later, not much mobility in terms of opportunities to move up-- this is definitely a place you would come back to later after acquiring more professional experiences, not a place to root as a budding young professional unless you want to do administrative work for the rest of your career.
