the crowd is very old and sad with people playing politics due to regional differences and language barriers

Good salary and great work-life balance.

Cons

The organization is highly bureaucratic and the work is not very challenging. It is a great organization for starting a career, but there is a lot of variation in the mid-management. It really depends on who you work for. My experience was not great. My supervisor was not knowledgeable and insecure.
