Pros

Best reasons to work at the Bank are benefits and diversity

Cons

The Bank is going through an identity crisis and doesn't seem to be emerging from it. They have been in a state of constant reorganization for years, and have no leaders among the senior management team. They look to the staff to tell them what to do. I expected bureaucracy when I went there from the private sector, but it is in fact anarchy. Politics are a factor in every organization, but they are the only factor that matters at the Bank.
