Women's work more scrutinized than men's

Pros

Pay is good, but job is unstable; nice to travel initially, then exhausting and harmful to life's events. Women in particular may end up single, as work takes them away from possible relationships.

Cons

short-term contracts have no benefits. Those who agree to work that way for a while will spend a lifetime as 'consultants' and retire with nothing

Pros

good salary and benefits multicultural organization generous holidays

Cons

poor leadership and management - mostly turning a blind eye to bullying strong favoritism which impairs good decision making y most new employees are disheartened as quickly as 6 weeks into starting strong culture of retaliation
